Dear Customers, your orders are prepared on demand by our specially trained florists.

To keep their freshness and their appearance, and to meet our customers’ requirements, the bouquets ordered via our website fleurs-clementine.com are despatched directly from our workshop.

Conditions of payment:
On receipt of your payment (see conditions of payment), we undertake to deliver our bouquets on the date and time requested by the customer.

Depending on the delivery address, the deliveries are made either by fleurs-clementine.com despatch riders, or by agents.

Metropolitan France, Corsica, Monaco:
Thanks to our partner , fleurs-clementine.com delivers all over France.

Order: Monday to Friday, before 6pm.

Delivery: from day + 1 to day + 30 (except Sunday, bank holiday and the day following a bank holiday).

Delivery time:
for orders placed Monday to Friday, deliveries are made at day + 1, between 8am and 6pm.
for orders placed after 6pm on Friday, deliveries are made the following Monday between 8am and 6pm.

We are not always able to deliver at precise times, so please allow approximately 30 minutes either side.

Delivery charge:
The fixed delivery charge of € 9.00 (inc. VAT) is included in the order price.
